Necessary documents – when employed as branch manager

– application

– travel document (original and copy)

– business licence, certificate of registration (original and copy)

– proof of legal relations between you and the representative office (mandate appointing you as head of the representative office/subsidiary/branch, translated into Romanian by a certified translator and notarised)

– title or proof of legal occupancy of the premises where the registered office of the representative office is located in (original and copy)

– financial support proof  equivalent to the minimum gross benchmark salary in the country at least (in this particular case, either provided by a resolution of the general meeting of shareholders, or by letter from the representative office)

– proof of accommodation (original and copy)

– proof of public health insurance coverage

– medical certificate showing that you do not suffer from any medical conditions that could pose any public health risk

Fees and costs: proof of payment of the €120.00 consular fee and the residence permit fee in amount of RoN259.00 respectively.
