– posting decision (translated into Romanian by a certified translator and then notarised)

– order of the relevant minister, or, where applicable, the express application of the central or local public administration bodies, or of the autonomous administrative authorities (original and copy)

– letter from the beneficiary of services in Romania stating the activity you are to carry out in Romania and its duration

– proof of financial support equivalent to the minimum gross base salary in the country at least (original and copy)

– proof of accommodation (original and copy)

– proof of public health insurance coverage

– medical certificate showing that you do not suffer from any medical conditions that could pose any public health risk

Fees and costs: proof of payment of the €120.00 consular fee and the residence permit fee in amount of RoN259.00 respectively.
